Bruce W. Bieber is a Partner and the Chair of Kurzman Eisenberg’s Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals practice group, and a Co-Chair of the Litigation practice group. Bruce also actively participates in Kurzman Eisenberg’s Corporate practice group.

Bruce is widely recognized as a leading authority in the distribution of pharmaceuticals. As a healthcare attorney, Bruce represents national and regional pharmaceutical distributors, as well manufacturers, chain and independent retail pharmacies, group purchasing organizations, brokers and others in the pharmaceutical industry. Bruce serves as counsel to numerous prominent businesses and individuals across multiple industries, including manufacturing, distribution, labor, construction and real estate.

As a seasoned litigator, Bruce is comfortable litigating complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings. While the goal is to resolve disputes in the most efficient means possible, Bruce has litigated a variety of contract and business tort cases through trial, and is extremely comfortable in the courtroom.
