Ilene B. Stern

Ms. Stern is a partner in the corporate law department of Kurzman Eisenberg Corbin & Lever, LLP. Ms. Stern' s practice is concentrated in the areas of general corporate law, finance and real estate. Ms. Stern has broad experience in a wide variety of corporate affairs, including choice of business entity and formation, financing, acquisitions and sales, mergers, asset and stock transactions, private placements and other commercial transactions. She drafts complex operating and shareholder agreements, and provides representation in connection with employment and shareholder matters, debt and equity financing, secured and unsecured loan transactions and the preparation of various types of technology agreements. Ms. Stern's clients include a wide variety of companies including those in healthcare, real estate brokerage, art publishing, manufacturing, personal services, disaster recovery, software licensing, banking and finance and commercial real estate.
