Jill Anzalone is an associate in the firm's art law, corporate, and trusts and estates practice groups. Ms. Anzalone’s expansive corporate practice includes entity structuring and corporate governance, financing, asset or stock transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. Her work in the trusts and estates practice group specializes in planning for closely held entities.
As part of her art law practice, Ms. Anzalone represents sophisticated art dealers in various matters such as auctions and private sales of artworks, lending secured by art portfolios, and loans of the art to international galleries. Ms. Anzalone also has broad experience in commercial lending and financing transactions.
During law school, Ms. Anzalone served as the Editor-in-Chief of Pace Law Review and as a student attorney with the Food and Farm Business Law Clinic.
