In Memoriam: Neil Maxwell

Mr. Maxwell was a partner in the corporate law department of Kurzman Eisenberg Corbin & Lever, LLP from 2013 to 2017. Mr. Maxwell represented and counseled a large number and range of healthcare practitioners (physicians, dentists, chiropractors, psychologists, podiatrists, physical therapists). Mr. Maxwell had extensive experience in statutory and regulatory issues affecting healthcare professionals, particularly in the application of Federal and New York self-referral (Stark) laws, anti-kickback, fee splitting, corporate practice of medicine and professional misconduct laws. He was a wonderful partner, attorney and friend, and is sorely missed.
