Kurzman Eisenberg Corbin & Lever, LLP’s Co-Managing Partner Jessica Galligan Goldsmith has been elected as a Fellow to the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).
The membership of ACTEC is limited to just 2,500 Fellows, all of them leading Trusts & Estate attorneys who practice throughout the U.S. and Canada. Lawyers are elected as Fellows based on outstanding reputation, exceptional skill, and substantial contributions to the field through lecturing, writing, teaching and participating in bar activities.
“This is an enormous professional milestone that I could not have achieved without the support of all the talented attorneys and paralegals in my department,” said Goldsmith, who chairs the 18-member Trusts & Estates practice at Kurzman Eisenberg Corbin & Lever, LLP.
Goldsmith has practiced law for 30 years in the areas of estate and gift planning, estate administration, planning for closely held businesses, charitable planning and administration. She is a designated New York Super Lawyer and one of the top 25 lawyers in Westchester County. Since 2013, Goldsmith has also been named as one of the top Women Attorneys in the New York Metro area.
