Goldschmidt have joined the firm as partners and John C. Hui has joined the firm as senior counsel. The addition of these experienced attorneys has expanded the corporate law practice at Kurzman Eisenberg Corbin & Lever, LLP to include complex securities transactions and has also enhanced the firm’s existing capital markets and SEC practice.

The three attorneys formerly practiced together at Morse, Zelnick, Rose & Lander, LLP, a New York City based boutique corporate, securities and business law firm. They will work out of both the firm’s White Plains and New York City offices.
Ken Rose’s practice focuses on complex corporate and securities transactions. Mr. Rose has represented issuers and investment banks in public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, including alternative financing structures, represented purchasers and sellers in merger and acquisition transactions (both public and private), and represented clients in a full array of commercial transactions. Throughout his career, Mr. Rose has counseled companies at all stages of their life cycle, from start-up initiatives to New York Stock Exchange listed companies, both domestic and international.
Joel Goldschmidt has extensive experience representing and advising companies and individuals in connection with a variety of securities, corporate, real estate and tax matters. His securities expertise covers a broad range of deal structures and financing strategies including traditional IPOs and follow-on offerings, reverse mergers, private placements, PIPEs, registered directs and shelf take-downs. Mr. Goldschmidt’s corporate expertise includes mergers (private-to-private, private-to-public and public-to-public), sales and acquisitions of assets and businesses, commercial financing transactions, investment vehicles and joint ventures.
John Hui advises public and private company clients on corporate and securities law matters including private securities offerings, listing securities on the NASDAQ and the New York Stock Exchange, and SEC reporting compliance.
